Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days. We courier almost all of our packages with Aramex (formerly known as Fastway). If you would like other arrangements, please email us.
Shipping fees include packing and postage costs. Packing fees are fixed, but transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot combine separately-placed orders, so shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but we make every effort to protect your resources.
Refunds and returns
We offer refunds and returns for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you and let you know if your refund will be approved. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you don’t think you’ve received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for them to process your refund. Next contact your bank. If you still have not located your refund, please email us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping returns
Return your product to: Alpha New Zealand, The Wheeler Building, 60 Rockfield Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061. You may wish to track your return or purchasing insurance; we cannot guarantee that we will receive it.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you are receiving a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for exchanges to reach you will vary by location.
